v2026.6.1

Client Notes, Statuses & AI Without Credits

Client Notes & Statuses

The client's page now covers the things you need to know about the person, not just their pets.

Notes. A new Notes tab on the client's page holds notes about the client themselves — payment arrangements, contact preferences, who to call.

Statuses. Three flags you can set on any client, in any combination:

  • VIP — regulars and preferred clients you want to spot at a glance.
  • Owes — with the amount, shown right on the badge (e.g. €45.00).
  • Caution — with a reason that appears when you hover the badge.

Once set, the badges follow the client's name across the app — the client list, the dashboard, the agenda, and the timeline — so the whole team sees them without opening the client's page. Every change is kept in a Status History log on the client's page.

The client list also gained a Filters button: pick one or more statuses and see, say, everyone with an open balance.

Along the way, the client page and the client form got a cleaner, wider layout. The full walkthrough is in Client Notes & Statuses.

AI Features Without Credits

We've retired the AI credit system. AI Features are now included with the Clinic plan.

That covers everything AI does in flow.vet today: Improve with AI on notes and records, pet summaries, and document summaries.

To keep things fair there are generous usage limits over a rolling 30-day window — set high enough that a busy clinic working normally won't meet them. If you ever do, the feature simply pauses and tells you when it'll be available again; nothing else is affected.

Your AI consent setting stays as it is and unlocks the moment you subscribe.

v2026.6

Improve Your Notes With AI

There's a new Improve with AI button under the text boxes where you record real content — pet notes, exams, treatments, vaccinations, appointments, and the pet description.

Type your note however you like — even quick, messy shorthand — then click Improve with AI. It fixes the spelling, grammar, and formatting and lays the text out cleanly, without changing your meaning, your terminology, or your numbers. You review the result and decide: Apply it, or keep what you had. Your original is always one click away with Restore My Original, even after you save.

It works in Greek and English, keeps your clinical shorthand and drug names exactly as written, and occasionally points out something obviously missing — but only when it really matters.

It doesn't use any AI credits — it's included with AI Features at no extra cost, so use it as often as you like.
