Changing Your Password
Summary
Change your login password from the My Account page. You'll need your current password to confirm. If you don't remember it, use the “Forgot your password?” link on the sign-in page instead.
You can change the password you use to sign in to flow.vet at any time, from your account settings.
Change It From My Account
- Click your name (bottom-left of the screen) and choose My Account.
- On the My Account page, fill in:
- New password — the password you want
- New password confirmation — the new password again
- Current password — your existing password, to confirm
- Click Save.
Your current password is required for security, so that no one else can change your password.
If You Don't Remember Your Password
Sign out and, on the sign-in page, choose Forgot your password?. You'll get an email with a link to set a new password — no need for the old one.
FAQ
Why does it ask for my current password?
For security — it confirms that it's really you making the change.
I changed my password. Am I signed out of other devices?
Not automatically. If you want to sign out everywhere, use the Sign out all devices option on the same page.
